Im feelin it, reminds me of some early RJD2 shit (look him up if you havent, crazy producer). This gets Especially dope when the strings drop in.. Great work.

If it was my beat, id make the snare higher, so it'll get that dirty old school sound. But since you've set it to a modern beat (lol whatever that means), perhaps you like it this way. Im just sayin. And id also love to hear some deeper bass.. Would fit perfectly to this melodic beat.

It just feels like something is missing. The drums sound pretty dope actually, (but where is the kick?) but the melody itself is quite boring to be honest. Try to add another sound that gives it that IT. You know? The parts with the vocals sounds great as it is, though. Keep at it my man

This is sick, you should definitely get back on this one and hook it up with some more hi-hats and EQ/master it a bit.

I think you can make some serious shit outta this! Its pretty dope as it is but it just need some more... soul, you know?

Very interesting that you got the idea to this from a dream.. :)

As far as the beat, well, to me this sounds very good, i just think you should take it a step further, you know? Make it the classic beat, with a intro, a drop, the bangin middlepart and a bit of a chilled out ending. You could definitely cook some serious shit up with that piano and string.

Well, I can't say this is my type of music (speaking as a producer myself) but I can however say that i recognize music that is made with a thought and soul to it. This is just one of those joints. Not just by reading the comment you made, but hearing from the great mastering and equalizing. Great work with the sounds, no question about it.

My only complaint (see it as feedback) is the kick and snare. They are waaay to weak. But as you mentioned, this aint done yet. So, throw in a deeper and louder kick + snare and a little rework on the bassline and this is a sick production.
